What you earn, when it reaches you, and what happens if a booking falls through — the same rules written into onboarding and into your agreement, set out here so you can check a number without opening a contract.

Commission
Charged on the booking total, deducted from each payout. Stripe processing is inside the rate — there is no separate line item.

How the couple pays
Which schedule applies depends on how far out the wedding is when the booking is confirmed.
- Standard · 90 days out or more

When you are paid
Payouts run through Stripe Connect as the couple pays, not in one sum after the event.

Cancellation and refunds
Tiers are set by how far ahead of the date the couple cancels. Your signed agreement carries the governing wording.

Booking exclusivity
A booking that began on Bidwell stays on Bidwell. Enforcement is a documented review, not an automatic charge.

Confirming a booking
- Window to counter-sign
