Commission tiers
- Standard: 10%
- Founding Partner: 8%
- High Volume: 6% (25+ bookings/year)
Payment and payout schedule
- Standard (90+ days): 25% / 35% / 40%
- Compressed (30-89 days): 50% / 50%
- Last-minute (<30 days): 100% upfront
- Early milestone payouts: within 3 business days
- Final milestone payout: 7 days before event
Cancellation and refunds
- 90+ days before event: 75% refund of total paid
- 60-89 days before event: 50% refund of total paid
- 30-59 days before event: 25% refund of total paid
- Less than 30 days: non-refundable
- Administrative cancellation fee: $250
Anti-circumvention enforcement
- Exclusivity window: 24 months from first platform contact
- Penalty rate: 20% (2x standard commission)
- Evidence review + response window before final enforcement action
- Written decision and escalation path available for disputed outcomes
