Is it really free?

Completely free — always. Bidwell earns a commission from the venue only after a booking confirms.

Can venues see my identity?

No. Your request is anonymous during bidding. Venues see your date, guest count, budget, and style — never your name or contact info — until you shortlist them.

What if I don't love any of the bids?

Zero obligation. Decline them, adjust your request, or repost. Nothing locks until you sign.

How does Bidwell House work?

It reads your vision, scores every bid against market data, flags mismatches, and drafts counter-offers. Think wedding-industry insider — free, on your side.

For venues

What does it cost to join?

$0 upfront. Bidwell charges a commission only when a couple books and pays — 10% standard, 8% locked for life for Founding Partners.

Are the couple requests real?

Yes. Every request includes a verified date, guest count, and budget from a couple with real intent. You see full details before deciding to bid.

Do I control my pricing?

Completely. You set your bid, inclusions, and policies. Bidwell never negotiates on your behalf or pressures you to lower prices.

How do I get paid?

Via Stripe Connect in three milestones: at booking, at 90 days, and 7 days before the event. Payouts arrive within 3 business days of each milestone.
